Playground

Since the Bloomsburg Town Park was so badly damaged in the flood last September, the town has decided to tear it down and rebuild a new playground. Unfortunately this won't be ready until next summer so we have to find a new place to play. Last weekend we went to the school where Daniel works, Liberty Valley Elementary, in Danville, to use that play area. It's only about 15 minutes from our house, so it could prove to be a great alternative. There is a Head Start playground there as well as an elementary school playground. We spent about an hour running around and playing. Trafton had a GREAT time!

There were soccer balls in the fields which Trafton was pretty excited by.

He had as much fun running around in the field between the two playsets as he did playing on the sets themselves.

The last time we took Trafton to a playground, he was not yet walking, so I think he was really excited to be able to do things like climb stairs and walk around through all the different areas. I think his favorite part was the tubes that you can crawl through.

Of course, he wasn't too happy about leaving.
